Healthy Banana Chocolate Flax Muffins 1

Ingredients
Dry Ingredients1/2 cup whole wheat flour1 cup white flour1/2 cup wheat bran1/2 cup ground flax2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp baking soda1 tsp cinammon1/4 tsp salt1/8 tsp nutmeg, ground1/2 cup chocolate chips1/2 cup sugarWet ingredients3 tbsp skim milk1 lg egg3 medium bananas, mashed (just over 1 cup)4 tbsp melted butter, unsalted1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Mix dry ingredients well in one bowl. Mix wet ingredients well in a second bow. Combine wet and dry ingredients. Using a folding motion, stir only until batter is fully moistened - do not over mix or the muffins will be tough! Bake at 375 F for 15 minutes. Enjoy.
