Moist-n-Light Banana Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients
1/2 c. Wheat flour 1/2c. All-Purpose Flour3 tsp Baking Powder1/2 tsp Baking Soda1/4 tsp Salt1 tsp Cinnamon, ground1/4 tsp Nutmeg3 tbs Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)1 1/4 c Banana - mashed 1/3 c Splenda1 Egg2 tsp Vaniilla Extract1 c Blueberries (if frozen, do not thaw)1/4c Fat Free Sour Cream
Directions
1. Combine all wet ingredients except blueberries & sour cream. Mix Well
2. Combine dry ingredients & slowly add to wet.
3. Fold in sour cream and blueberries.
4. Pour into muffin tin sprayed with non-stick spray.
5. Bake 15-20 min at 350 deg.
6. Enjoy!
