Chicken Chowmein

Ingredients
1 tbsp oil1 ½ lb chicken4 large carrots4 green onions3 stalks of celery1 cup chicken broth1 tbsp sugar1/3 cup soy sauce¼ tsp red pepper flakes¼ tsp ground ginger1 garlic clove8 oz bean sprout8 oz water chest nuts¼ cup cornstarch½ cup water
Directions
Cook chicken in hot oil or use Pam cooking spray to save on Calories. Add main ingredients except cornstarch and water. Cook on low 6 – 8 hours. Add water and cornstarch to mixture after the 6-8 hours cover and cook on high until thick 15 – 30 minutes.
