Ingredients
debone roasting chicken yield 2.5 cups16 oz package garden rotini5 tbsp italian dressing (preferably fat-free)1 oz lemon juicedash salt2 dashes pepper1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Directions
Debone a roasted chicken. Boil rotini for 10 minutes. Drain and rinse pasta. Add all ingredients to rotini and mix well. Chill for 1 hour. Yields 8-9 cups.
