2 medium size Potato, Boiled1 medium size Tomato, chopped 1 medium size Onion, chopped1 cloves of garlic, sliced1 tsp ginger (optional) green chilli, chopped (As desired)1 tbsp oil.5 tsp jeera or cumin seeds.5 tbsp Masala (available in any Indian store)Salt to taste
Boil Potatoes and cut in cubes. Puree tomato, onion, ginger garlic. In a pan, heat oil and add the chillies and cumin seeds. Add the tomato/onion puree, masala and salt and stir well until oil separates. Add some water to increase the gravy. Allow it to boil, add the potatoes. Mix well. You can also squeeze some lime or lemon juice afterwards. Serve hot with Chappatis or Rotis or Naan bread or Tortillas or Pita or simply bread
