Spinach Casserole

Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey1 med onion chopped1 clove of garlic minced1 TBSP olive oil5 sprays Pam cooking spray10oz frozen spinach16oz spaghetti sauce8oz tomato sauce6oz tomato paste1/2 tsp salt7oz cooked shell or corkscrew pasta1/4 cup bread crumbs1 cup Kraft 2% shredded cheddar
Directions
Cook turkey, onion and garlic in pam spray, drain ggrease. Remove meat from skillet.
Prepare spinach according to package directions.
Drain spinach and resreve 1 cup of spinach liquid. Stir spinach liquid, spaghetti sauce, tomato sauce, tomato paste and salt together. Add meat mixture back in and simmer for ten minutes. Combine spinach, cooked pasta, oil, and 1/4 cup of cheese in a bowl. Toss till mixed together. Place pasta mixture in a 13x9 sprayed baking dish. top woth beef mixture and then cheese. bake for 30 minutes at 350. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting. Can be baked covered or uncovered depending on how browned you want the top
