1/2 cup Vanilla Frozen Yogurt2tbsp Benefiber1/4 cup Strawberries (fresh or frozen)1/4 cup Peaches (fresh or frozen)(frozen fruit can be used however I suggest thaty you allow it to defrost slightly otherwise the shake will be so thick that you can not get it through your straw.
Scoop the frozen yogurt into your blender, add the fruit and blend. I usually add some of the juice from the fruit as needed to make the smoothie to the correct consistency. I dont like mine extremely thick. I akso add benefiber to the blender, this ensures that I get that extra fiber as part of my diet.
