Talipa with Piniento Sauce

Ingredients
1T olive oil1 small onion 1 clove garlic1 14 oz can diced tomato, undrained1 c sliced mushrooms3/4 c piminto stuffed olives, roughly chopped1 t oregano, dried1/4 t salt1/8 t pepper4 8 oz talipia fillet
Directions
In large skillet heat oil and add the onions cook until tender, about 2-3 min. Add the garlic and cook until tender, about 1 min. Add tomatoes, mushrooms, olives, oregano, salt, and pepper. Bring sauce to boiling. Gently place the fish on sauce, reduce heat and cook 8-10 minutes.spoon sauce over fish
