Whole Grain Pancakes

Ingredients
1/4 c Unbleached flour1/4 c Whole Wheat flour1/4 c cornmeal1/2 c GeniSoy Protein powder2 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp salt1 1/2 cups Silk Light Soy Milk2 Tbsp oil
Directions
Mix dry ingredients together.

Pour in soymilk and oil. Stir just until moistened.

Spoon onto a hot griddle, spread slightly with spoon if necessary.

Cook on both sides until browned.

Makes @ 8 6" pancakes.
