Easy Meatloaf!

Ingredients
1 lb. lean ground beef1 egg beaten1/4 cup dry bread crumbs1/4 cup milk1/4 cup diced onions1 TBSP diced celery1/4 cup diced green pepper1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese1 TBSP ketchup1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp black pepper1/2 tsp dry oregano1/4 tsp chili powder1/2 tsp onion powder2 TBSP more of ketchup to top meatloaf at end
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a bowl (except of the last 2 TBSP of ketchup). Heat oven to 350 degrees. Use cooking spray to grease a loaf pan or a small baking dish. Pat the mixture into the pan and bake for 45-50 minutes until it is no longer pink. Top meatloaf with the 2 TBSP ketchup and bake for 5 additional minutes. Slice meatloaf into 5 equal slices. This is delicious and goes over well with kids and adults alike.
