English muffin pizza

Ingredients
-1 cup tomato sauce-4 whole wheat english muffins, split open to make 8 halves-1 tsp dried basil-1/2 tsp onion powder-1 cup low moisture mozzarella cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 400. Spread tomato sauce on english muffins halves and top with basil, onion powder and cheese in that order. Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is fully melted and lightly brown.

Makes 4 servings.

Note: You may add additional toppings to your liking on top of the cheese but they are not included in the calorie/nutrition count!
