I loved this. I used the cilantro and it was great. We made some cilantro and lime marinaded chicken breast that we grilled and served on a bed of spring greens and this dressing on top. So good. Serena - 2/3/08

I used almond milk instead of soy and left out cider in favor of extra lime juice. Delicious! - 6/23/10

I've been looking for a "clean" salad dressing and this one is it! I also added a cucumber and a little olive oil for additional thickness..wonderful. I will, for sure, be making this recipe going forward. Thanks for posting!!!! - 12/12/09

I was wondering if this dressing would be able to be kept in the fridge for any length of time? - 9/27/10

I made this tonight. I really enjoyed it and think it is great as a dip as well. I only gave 4 stars because my kids didn't care for it. I guess they wanted it to be more like guacamole. Their loss, my gain. Thanks for sharing. - 6/10/09

This is okay, but I found it a little too sweet for my taste. I had to keep adding stuff to make it less sweet, more garlicky/savory. I love avocado but I'm not sure if I'll make this again. - 6/2/08

Sounds good if it tastes like avacado. It's so hard to sneak in fatty avacado when you're dieting. - 3/14/07
