Fiber One & Parmesan Pork Chops

Ingredients
5 - 4 oz Boneless Pork Chops1 egg whites, slightly beaten2 Tbsp Mustard1 Cup of crushed Fiber One cereal2 Tbsp of grated Parmesan Cheese.5 Tsp of Garlic Salt.5 Tsp of Black Pepper1 Tsp of Dried Basil
Directions
Mix crushed cereal, parmesan cheese and seasonings together in shallow dish. Mix egg white and mustard together in shallow dish. Rinse chops, dip in egg white mixture and coat with cereal mixture. Bake in 375 degree oven for approximately 35-45 minutes or until meat thermometer reads internal temp of 160 degrees. Great served with brown rice and veggies.
