2 quarts of nonfat milk2 c. dried milk (not reconstituted)1 pkg. Knox gelatine2 tsp. Natren Yogurt Starter
Place milk, dried milk and gelatin in large pan and stir to mix. Heat while continually stirring till mixture reached 180 degrees then remove from heat and cool to 111-113 degrees.
Mix starter with a small amount of cooled milk and return all to mixture.
Place in yogurt maker for 4 hours. Cool in refridgerator for 8 hours.
Do not disturb to much or yogurt will drop the whey.
