Chicken a la king stew

Ingredients
1.5 tbsp margarine1.5 tbsp cornstarch1 cup milk1 cup chicken brothsalt and pepper1.5 tsp dried thyme1 boneless skinless chicken breast, cooked and diced into bite sized chunks2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
Directions
Makes 2 generous servings

Melt butter on medium in medium saucepan. Add cornstarch and cook for 2 minutes. Add milk and broth slowly, bring to a boil, them simmer for 2 minutes. Add veggies, chicken and rice and heat thoroughly.
