Chicken Cacciatore

Ingredients
4tsp Olive oil4 tsp minced Garlic1/2 cup chopped onions1 cup red bell peppers2 cups sliced Mushrooms1lb chicken breast no skin no boneS&W Italian Recipe Diced TomatoesBarrilla PLUS THin Spaghetti
Directions
Heat the Oil in a medeium saucepan over medium-high heat: add garlic, onion, peppers and mushrooms. Saute 4 min until mushrooms release their juice. Add raw chicken;saute until golden brown on all sides. About 5 min. Add tomatoess. Bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer for 15 min.
Place cooked Spaghetti in a bowl. Top with chicken and vegi muxture
