Cooking oil spray1 tsp Sesame Oil16 oz Round Steak or Flank Steak, sliced into 1" pieces Salt to taste2 Lg carrots, peeled and sliced diagonally4 medium stalks celery sliced diagonally4 medium onion slices1 red bell pepper sliced into strips2 cups fresh snow peas1 8 oz can of pineapple with juice1 cup minute rice..white or brown1 cup chicken broth1/2 cup bottled sweet and sour sauce
Spray the pan with cooking spray, and add 1 tsp of sesame oil. Heat the pan until oil spatters when a drop of water is added. Add the beef slices, salt to taste. When the meat is partially browned add the vegetables, broth and the rice. Reduce the heat and cook for five minutes, until the vegetables are slightly firm and the rice is tender. Add the sweet and sour sauce and pineapple with juice. Heat until warm.
