Ingredients
1 Onion2 Tomatoes1 tsp Tamarind Paste1tbsp Sambar Powder1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder1/2 tsp Hing1/2 cup water
Directions
Heat Oil
Add Mustard Seeds , Turmeric and Hing to the oil
Add Chopped onions and fry for 3 mins
Add tomato and sambar powder and fry for 5 mins
Add water and tamrind paste
Leave the mixture to boil for Medium heat for 15 mins
