I added a whole bunch of peeled garlic cloves too. Yummy. - 1/15/14

Fixed these for my 11 year old and myself. they were wonderful. When I told him he'd eaten half of a head of cauliflower, he was shocked. Be sure to stir 3-4 times as the cauliflower is cooking. Ours was done in 35 minutes. - 2/6/13

I've been making this for years! It's fun to just stand infront of your spice cabinet and just toss 'whatever' in...it's all good! I too, used basil infused oil and rosemary, garlic, a little curry...for tonight's dinner. Yum! Oh, you can do this with fresh brussel sprouts, too...or both combined!

Very good and very easy. I used basil infused oil, basil flakes, garlic and onion powder, rosemary and some chilli powder. - 5/16/09

Glad you liked it. I actually have some sitting in a bag with some spices on them in the fridge, just waiting to be roasted later!!

Curious why the nutrition information only accounts for one of the two tablespoons of olive oil? - 3/27/09
