Baked Mostaccioli and Sausage

Nonstick cooking spray2 cups (6 oz) Mostaccioli or other tube pasta, whole wheat or regular (nutrition is based on regular)1, 6oz can tomato paste1, 14.5 oz can Petite Diced Tomatos, un-drained1 tsp Garlic Powder2 tsp Dried Chopped Onions1/2 tsp Basil, dried1/2 tsp salt2 links (6 oz) fully-cooked Italian-seasoned chicken sausage, cut into 1/4-inch slices5 large mushrooms, sliced and sauteed in med. pan using nonstick cooking spray1/2 pkg (6 oz) or about 2 cups pre-washed baby spinach1/2 cup (2 oz) shredded part-skim or 2% milk reduced-fat mozzarella cheese1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Spray 9x9 inch square pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Cook pasta according to pkg directions; drain.
Combine Tomatos, Tomato Paste, seasonings, sausage, and pasta.
Spread HALF the pasta mixture in pan.
Top with spinach and mushrooms.
Spread remaining pasta mixture on top.
Combine cheeses & sprinkle over top.
Cover with non-stick foil.
Bake 20 minutes, 375 oven.
Uncover & bake 10 min more, until bubbly.
