Honey Scones

Ingredients
2 cups flour3tbs granulated sugar3tsp baking powder1/4tsp salt1 egg2tbs honey1/4 cup milk
Directions
Mix dry ingrediants together in one large bowl, cut in butter until mixture resemble coarse crumbs; make a well in centre. In a separate bowl mix egg with milk and honey then pour into well of dry mixture. Stir with fork until dry ingredients are moistened. Turn dough onto lightly floured surface and kneed 10-15 times.

Separate dough into two halves; roll each into a 1/2 inch thick circle. Cut each round into 6 pieces.

Place on ungreased cooking sheet and bake for 12-18 minutes at 375F until slightly golden on top.

    How much butter needs to be used?
    All ingredients are listed in recipe but the butter.
