Delicious Raspberry Scones

Ingredients
2 cups flour3 tbsp sugar1 tbsp baking poweder1/2 tsp salt2 tbsp butter, chilled and cut in small pieces1 cup buttermilk, lowfat1 1/2 cup frozen berries, pick your fave(i usually double the recipe and freeze a bunch, so i use 2 cups white flour and 2 cups whole wheat flour...hence the 24 servings)
Directions
mix first 4 ingredients. add butter to make fine crumbs. stir in buttermilk. then add berries.

shape dough into 2 7" circles and cut into 6 wedges.

coat w/ butter flavoured cooking spray (i use becel)

bake till golden, about 20 minutes at 400 deg F.

these freeze very well and thaw for 10 seconds in the microwave for a great treat.
