Grilled Salmon

Ingredients
2 pounds salmon2 Tbs olive oil3 cloves crushed garlicjuice of one lemon1 tsp worcestershire sauce1/4 cup soy sauceMrs. Dash or lemon pepper seasoning to taste
Directions
Makes 8 servings
Place salmon on foil and smear ingredients on top. Cover with another piece of foil to make a packet and place in refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Grill at least 6 inches from flame and cover grill.
Cook 15 minutes, do not turn
Salmon is done when it flakes with a fork.
You can also bake the packet in the oven at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
