Egg, fresh, 6 extra large Granulated Sugar, 1.5 cupsVanilla Extract, 1 tsp or lemon extract*Corn Oil, 1 cup cake flour, Presto, 2.25 cups or use 2 cups all purpose flour plus 2 tsp baking powder
Directions
beat egg whites till it comes to pikes add sugar. beat until sugar desolves. add oil and yolks beat until all mixed. add flour and extract place into cup cake pan lines with paper cup or spary bake at 325 until golden about 20 minutes
