Lime Steak Salad, Kim's

1 pound skirt steak2 tbsp olive oil1/4 cup lime juice1 tsp cumin1 tsp coriander8 cups mixed spring greens1 medium cucumber, peeled and sliced8 tbsp Newman's Own Light Lime Vinaigrette4 tbsp shredded Parmesan cheesekosher salt
Marinate steak for about 10 minutes in olive oil and lime juice, cumin and coriander mixture. On either a grill or an indoor grill pan, cook the steak, adding some kosher salt to each side.
Meanwhile prepare lettuces and cucumber and toss with Newman's Own Light Lime Vinaigrette dressing. Place about 1/4 on each of 4 plates.
Divide cooked meat into four portions, cutting meat in to bite sized pieces, across the grain. Put meat onto salad. Finish with a sprinkling of 1 tbsp of Parmesan on each salad plate.
