Shrimp and Zucchini Rigatoni

12 oz. Shrimp Raw and Cleaned16 oz cooked Rigatoni28 oz can of Tomato Sauce1 Small Zucchini Thinly Sliced1 Small Onion Thinly Sliced1 Tbl Olive Oil1 Clove Crushed Garlic2 Tbl SugarPepper to tasteDash of Cayenne Pepper
Cook Pasta
Saute Garlic in Olive Oil in Large Pan
Add Sauce, Onion, Zucchini, pepper, cayenne pepper, salt and suger and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes until onions are soft.
Add shrimp, cook until shrimp are pink. Drain pasta and top pasta with sauce. Serve Immediatly.
