Ingredients
Mixed greens and baby spinach (2cups total)3 oz grape or other tomatoesshredded cheddar cheese qtr cup1 half ripe avocadored bell pepper 6 strips halved3 oz chicken breast baked or grilled1/8 cup crasins2 TBS Fresh shredded basil leaves
Directions
Makes one outstanding salad for lunch, mix the salad well by cutting in the dressing with knife and fork utilizing the avocado as part of your dressing.....out standing!
Tips....cook enough chicken for a week in advance and enjoy this easy prep salad daily
