Cajun fries

Ingredients
6-7 large potatoes1 tbs olive oilseasoning to taste, I used cajun
Directions
Peel and cut potatoes. Dry them off with a paper towel to remove extra moisture.
Place in plastic zip lock bag, add seasoning , shake until evenly distributed, add oil, shake again.
Bake @ 400 or broil until crispy and brown.
Made 3 servings for my family.
