Ingredients
1# sausage browned and crumbled12 eggs lightly beaten1 cup cottage cheese1 cup cheddar cheese1/2 cup onionsalt & pepper to taste or I use dash of Mrs. Dash's salt
Directions
Brown sausage and drain grease, set aside.
Beat eggs and add all ingredients including sausage. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Enjoy!
