Salmon Burgers

Ingredients
1 can pink slamon1 egg white slightly beaten1/2 cup each, chopped onion, finely chopped green pepper and fresh whole wheat bread crumbs1 tbsp. lemon juice1 tblsp grated lemon peel1/2 tsp. rosemary, crushed1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions
Drain salmon, flake. Combine ingredients. Mix well. Form into 4 or 5 patties. Pan-fry in small amount of vegetable oil until lightly browned on both sides. Serve on toasted hamburger buns. Top with favorite condiments. Makes 4 to 5 servings
