Chicken and Artichoke Slow Cooker Casserole #2

Ingredients
2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts6 oz of jarred artichoke hearts, packed in oil (drained)1 (12) oz can condensed cream of mushroom soup1 can diced tomatoes (drained)1 can mushrooms (drained)Garlic powderOnion powderParsley
Directions
Cut the chicken breasts into 2 inch pieces and put them into the slow cooker. Sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, and parsley. Cut the artichoke hearts in half and add them to the chicken. Add the cream of mushroom soup, drained tomatoes, and drained mushrooms. Cook for 2 hours on high or 4 to 5 hours on low. Stir and serve.
4 large servings.

    I was really hesitant to try this b/c I didn't know if it sounded good, but I love artichokes. I decided to try it and I'm SO glad I did. This was very good! I used healthy choice cream of mushroom soup to cut calories. My fiance loved it too. Definitely will make this again. Thanks! - 12/7/11
