Ingredients
1/4 C Lemon Juice (fresh)3/4 C Extra Virgin (Cold Pressed) Olive Oil1 tbsp Ginger, minced5 cloves Garlic, minced2-3 Tbsp Soy sauce, low sodium
Directions
Blend ingredients in food processor or blender until smooth, about 2 minutes. Add to salad, and enjoy!

    It's very good. I then made it with Apple cider vinegar instead of the lemon juice and leave out the soy sauce. Add a little sea salt and some fresh ground pepper. - 2/8/09
