Meatballs in Tomato sauce

Ingredients
16 oz ground turkey1.5 cup petite diced tomato0.5 cup raw onion chopped1 cup bell peppers chopped.5 tbsp thyme.5 tsp salt2 dashes black pepper0.25 cup scallions chopped
Directions
Makes 4 servings.

Preheat oven at 350 degrees. Place onions, bell peppers, thyme and scallions into a mini-mixer until finely chopped. Add this mixture along with the salt and black pepper to the turkey and mix well. Make ping-pong sized meatballs. Place on a baking sheet sprayed with Pam. Put the meatballs into the oven and bake for 10-15 mins until the juice runs clear. While the meatballs are baking, place the petite diced tomatos into a pot and heat through. When the turkey meatballs are finished, add them to the pot with the tomatos and let both simmer for 5 mins.
