Hamburger Goulash

Ingredients
1 pound Lean Hamburger or Vegetarian Burger crumbles1 lg onion1/2 cup chopped carrots1/2 cup diced celery1 lg green pepper, choppedcooking spray1 pkg taco mix1 14 oz can diced tomatoes1 8 oz can tomato sauce2 cups cooked shell pasta or pasta of your preference
Directions
Spray pan with nonstick cooking spray
Sautee vegetables for 5 minutes. Add hamburger and taco seasoning. Brown. Add the tomatoes and tomato sauce. Simmer on med heat with pot covered. Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain and add to the sauce. If you really want to decrease fat and calories, this can be made with vegetarian burger crumbles. You'll hardly notice!
