White Bean Chicken Chili

Ingredients
1.5 obs chicken, boneless, skinless1 tbs olive oil2 cloves garlic choppedChicken broth, 1 can (about 2 cups)Great Northern beans, 2 cansCannellini Beans (white kidney), 2 cansGreen chilis, 4 oz can, choppedCumin, 2 TbsCayenne pepper, 1/4 tspSalt, 1/4 tsp
Directions
Saute chicken, onion, garlic in olive oil until chicken is cooked. Add can of chicken broth and simmer for 30 minutes. Remove and shred chicken then return to pot.

Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer all together for 30 - 40 minutes, or cook low in crock pot for 4 - 6 hours.

When ready to serve, top with shredded Colby-jack and crushed Frito's.
