2-1/4 lb Beef Roast, Top Round14-16 oz Baby Carrots3 Medium Potatoes1 cup Hot Water2 packets Herb Ox Sodium Free Beef Boullion1 Tbsp Corn Starch1/2 Tsp Salt1 Tsp Black Pepper
Place carrots and potatoes on the bottom of the slow cooker. Place beef roast on top. Sprinkle salt and pepper over roast. Mix beef boullion in hot water until dissolved, then add cornstarch. Mix well. Pour over roast and vegetables. Cover and cook on low for 8-9 hours. Serves 7.
