Chana Salad

1 cup garbanzo beans, cookedginger rootsalt to tasteground black pepper to tastejuice 1/2 lemon1 green onion, chopped2 Tbs cilantro, chopped
Directions
Mix all ingredients in bowl. Allow to sit for at least an hour before serving for flavors to combine.
