Ground Pork Tacos

Ingredients
1 pound ground pork1 - 1.25 oz taco seasoning mix3/4 cup water12 corn tortillas1 cup shredded lettuce1/4 tomato chopped2 ounces Monterey Jack cheese shredded1/4 cup salsa
Directions
Brown ground pork in a large skillet. Drain. Add taco seasoning mix and water. Bring to a boil and let simmer for 10 minutes.

Heat corn tortillas and keep warm wrapped in a towel.

Top tortillas with cheese, taco meat, lettuce, tomato and salsa.

1 serving equals two tacos.
