Ingredients
! cup low fat greek yogurt, 2 cloves garlic pressed or finely minced, Juice from @ 1/2 lemon, 1 anchovy fillet or 1/4 tblsp anchovy paste. sea salt and white pepper to taste. alternative additions ( not calculated) fresh herb minced: basil, cilantro, or parsley. 1/2 tblsp curry powder,or chipotle chile powder. can add paprika or cayenne .
Directions
mix and preferably refrigerate overnight makes 1/4 cup serving
