1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt2 tbsp. dried, sweetened cranberries1 tbsp. dry roasted pumpkin seeds1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon1/4 tsp granulated sugar
Directions
Makes 1 serving.

Mix all ingredients together in your favorite bowl, and enjoy!

    This is OK...but I had to double the sugar to be able to handle plain yogurt in this form. Next time I'll use vanilla yogurt, I think, and then maybe I won't need any sugar. ALSO, note that you can't mix the pumpkin seeds in ahead of time, add them in right before you eat this. - 4/28/09
