This is delicious! Taking ideas from other reviewers, I added the stems with nions, and garbanzo beans with carrots. I used regular carrots and sliced them thin as I didn't have baby carrots. I waited about 5 minutes after adding the carrots to add the broth. Served over couscous. - 2/17/12

I loved this! My kids, not so much :( too much vinegar I think. Will try again with less vinegar and see if it makes a difference for the kids. - 8/6/13

This was really good. I made it w/ the water instead of the broth. Will have to make a bigger batch next time. Thanks for sharing the recipe - 7/27/12

Love this recipe. Good for you. Fantastic flavor. Filling. And I'm not a vinegar fan so I skipped that step and it was still great. - 2/24/11

This is delicious! I am a vegetarian, so to make this an entree, I added 7 oz canned garbanzo beans well-drained with the onions and otherwise prepared as specified in the recipe. Served it with couscous tonight. I'll use penne pasta next time and have this in place of a traditional pasta sauce. - 10/1/10

Excellent! Love the mix of flavours. I did chop the stems and added them with the carrots so they had time to soften. - 8/24/10
