Baked Chicken Fingers with Curry Sauce

Ingredients
8 Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs1 egg white mixed with 3 Tbsp 1% milk2 cups corn flake crumbs1 tsp Mrs. Dash Original Seasoning (or your favorite spices!)1 tsp fresh ground peppercooking spray1/4 cup fat-free sour cream1/4 light mayonnaise1/2 tsp curry powder
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 F. Cut chicken into long strips. Beat egg white and milk in a bowl and toss in the chicken. Stir to coat.

Mix together corn flake crumbs and spices in a different bowl.

Spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray.

Dunk each peice of chicken in the crumbs using a fork. Arrange on a cookie sheet. Spray the tops with cooking spray and place in hot oven. Set timer for 20 minutes.

Combine sour cream, mayo and curry in a bowl. Stir together until smooth. Set this curry dip aside in fridge.

When timer goes off, you are ready to enjoy this yummy recipe!
