Hoisin Grilled chicken

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 4 breast, bone and skin removed Brown Sugar, .25 cup, packed Garlic, 3 clove White Wine, 1 fl oz Pepper, black, 1 tsp *Hoisin Sauce, 2 tbsp
Directions
Mix the sauce and slice the chicken thin and soak in the sauce for at least 2 hr over night if possible, Thread on to bamboo sticks and grill. I leave out the sticks and just grill them on my electric grill inside. They cook very fast only about 8 to 10 min
