Southern Pork Chops

Ingredients
1 pound pork loin, lean, boneless, in 4 oz servings1 tablespoon paprika1 teaspoon sage1/2 teaspoon pepper1 teaspoon seasoned salt2 teaspoons tabasco sauce
Directions
Lightly sprinkle some Frank's Hot Sauce on both sides of chops; rub in with hands. Mix together the paprika, sage, pepper, and seasoned salt; rub this mix into both sides of chops with hands also. Grill pork chops 7-8 minutes per side or until cooked throughout.
