Tuna Ceviche

Ingredients
1 canned in water tuna can (drained)1 medium sized red tomato1/4 small choped white onion1 serrano pepper3 limes (juice)salt1/4 small avocado fruit
Directions
In a bowl mix tuna with the pureed avocado, until it makes a uniform texture, then add tomato, onion and peppers, all chopped and mix it plenty, next add salt and lime juice and blend it all.

You can serve over a corn tortilla toast or low carb habanera cookies. Enjoy
