1/4 cup of egg substitute1 slice of cheese1 whoel wheat bagle
Directions
cook egg substitute in micowave for 1-1 1/2 minutes, toast bagel, but it all together. The beat thing is that you can add onion, garlic, peppers, or salsa to your taste.
