I'm going to try it to tonight. It's always a pain to figure out what my husband and I eat for dinner. He specifically asked for beef stroganoff the other day, so I'm going to slip this healthier recipe to him and see what he says. - 3/31/11

This is absolutely delicious and so filling! I'm still a novice cook and it was easy enough even for me. Wonderful! - 8/27/10

I used 96% fat free beef.. and roasted garlic mushroom soup (it had the same fat as the reduced fat one). I added a can of non fat milk to thin it out and it was perfect! Served it over whole wheat egg noodles. - 3/8/10

Yum! I was just about to add this recipe to the database, because I plan to make it today! I'm vegetarian, so I use one package of Morningstar Griller Crumbles (similar to ground beef in flavor and texture) in place of the meat. I'll serve mine over whole wheat pasta! - 11/8/09

Was pretty good. A little thick though, and maybe a littlle too much sour cream. I'll make it again and maybe use 1/2 the sour cream and add a little milk. - 3/18/09

Maybe I should add on there that it is pretty thick. I love it thick, but I shouldn't expect everyone else too... :) Oh, and I also changed it to 2 cans cream of mushroom. I was guessing measurements when adding it here, but when I made it I did use more than one can. Thanks for the comment! :)
