Oven Baked Brown Rice

Ingredients
1 cup brown rice2.5 cups water or fat free low sodium broth 1 tsp Mrs. Dash
Directions
1. Adjust oven rack to middle position; heat oven to 375 degrees. Spread rice into a 1-1/2 quart baking dish.
2. Bring water or broth to boil, then immediately stir in salt and pour liquid over rice. Cover baking dish tightly with doubled layer of foil. Bake rice 1 hour, until tender.
3. Remove baking dish from oven and uncover. Fluff rice with dinner fork, then re-cover dish with foil and let rice stand 5-10 minutes.
