Split Pea & Bacon Soup in crockpot

Ingredients
Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped Split Peas, 2 cup Water, tap, 8 cup Bacon, .5 lb raw, cooked crispBaked Potato 1 potato (2-1/3" x 4-3/4") no skin2 whole cloves1 bay leaf1/8 tsp thyme or marjoram
Directions
Cook bacon in microwave on paper towels til crispy & crumble.
Combine all in slow cooker.
Cover & cook on low for 8-10 hours.
