Kelly's healthy chicken casserole

Ingredients
5 cups pasta (300 g dry)1 Tbsp olive oil2 Tbsp butter, unsalted1/2 onion4 cloves garlic2 Tbsp wheat flour1 cup 1 % milk1 cup (4 oz.) cheese1 jar (132 grams) baby corn (like in Chinese dishes)10 oz (2 cups) cooked chicken, pulled apart
Directions
Spray 9x13 pan with cooking spray. Place cooked pasta and mix with olive oil. Cover evenly with corn and chicken. Set aside. For sauce, grill onion and garlic in 2 Tbsp butter, then add flour to make a paste. Add in milk and stir until it just boils. Remove from heat and add in cheese. Preheat oven to 350. Pour sauce evenly over items in casserole dish. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes. Serve with fresh salad or veggies.
